Bylaws are the laws, or rules governing the internal affairs of CAHE. The Bylaws guide our day-to-day activities, establish policy, define our mission and organizational identity, establish the rules for holding Board of Directors and all other CAHE meetings, provide for the rules of order when running our meetings, provide the structure used for selecting our officers, establish membership categories, and describe the roles and responsibilities of our elected Officers, as well as the roles and responsibilites of our Directors and Committees. Please take a minute or two to review our current Bylaws (January 2010) as they will give you a better understanding of the way in which we operate our organization. 2010 CAHE Bylaws |
