Executive Chef, Kristy Cofrades and Sous Chef, Garrett Whitlow will be serving gracious menu samplings as well as hors de oeuvres from the fine Randolph's menu.  Ten to 14 wines will be tasted throughout the evening complimenting the live cooking.

An atmosphere of jazz ambience will be created by the Tina Phillips Band.
